Official Look at the Nike Air Force 1 Low "Vanta Black"

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of sneaker collecting under my belt, I can confidently say that Nike has outdone themselves yet again. The Air Force 1 Low “Vanta Black” is a masterpiece that will undoubtedly be the envy of every collector’s closet.

Product Name: Nike Air Force 1 Low in “Vanta Black”

In just two months, Nike held its second SNKRS Showcase event, showcasing numerous future product launches. A notable highlight from the “Icons” collection, featuring sneakers such as the ACG Goadome and Dunk Low, was the unveiling of a new “Vanta Black” color scheme for the Air Force 1 Low.

Modeled after Vantablack, a highly-absorptive black material introduced in 2014, this famous design now appears darker than ever before. This premium edition showcases an all-black appearance, with a suede and nubuck upper that features no color at all. The traditional Nike branding details are present in monochrome form on the shoe’s Swooshes, the tongue tag, heel tab, and lace dubrae which reads “AF1.” A lighter shade of black is found only on the sole unit to round out the new design.

As I’m penning this, Nike hasn’t given a precise date for the release of the “Vanta Black” version of the Air Force 1 Low. Keep an eye out for announcements as we anticipate it to hit stores through Nike SNKRS and select retailers by year-end, priced at $135 USD.
