The film titled “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani” (or YJHD) was a romantic comedy that premiered in cinemas in 2013. In this movie, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor played the lead roles, while Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin had significant parts. The film was directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced under Karan Johar’s production house, Dharma Productions.

12 months ago, in 2023, the cast and team behind YJHD reunited to mark a decade since the film’s release. This year, Deepika Padukone has been busy with numerous movie releases. Her film “Fighter” alongside Hrithik Roshan premiered in cinemas in January 2024. More recently, she starred in the sci-fi movie “Kalki 2898 AD” opposite Prabhas. Currently, Deepika is preparing for the release of her film “Singham Again,” which is part of the Cop Universe. In this Diwali release, she will portray Shakti Shetty, also known as Lady Singham.
On a personal note, she’s eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first child with her husband, Ranveer Singh, in September.
