As a seasoned player who’s been battling it out in the Marvel Contest of Champions arena for years, I can’t help but feel my heart racing at the prospect of four months of unparalleled excitement! The arrival of Shathra and Count Luchino Nefaria is just the tip of the iceberg – the Glorious Games that Kabam has announced promise a veritable treasure trove of content, from the September Circus Maximus to the December Grand Banquet.

Marvel Contest of Champions by Kabam unveils a thrilling update for its 10th anniversary, calling all players to participate in the mobile fighter’s celebration. The Wasp goddess Shathra and Count Luchino Nefaria, leader of Maggia crime syndicate, will be joining the action starting from September 12th.

Starting from September 26th, Marvel Contest of Champions’ newest character, Shathra, will be available for you to include in your team! Additionally, prepare yourself for the Glorious Games that are set to last for four months. You can expect a range of activities to explore such as the September Circus Maximus and the December Grand Banquet.

Regarding the fresh characters, the everlasting Count Luchino Nefaria survives by drawing life from other Ionic beings. On the other hand, Shathra is the envious Daughter of Elder Goddesses Oshtur and Gaea. In a fit of anger and jealousy over her younger sister’s achievement with her Great Web, Shathra has sworn to cause destruction as revenge.

I’m thrilled to share that starting from September 11th, we’ve got an exciting new chapter unfolding in Act 9 – Chapter 1: The Reckoning! This release will also include some much-needed balance adjustments, as well as squashing those pesky bugs that have been bothering us all. Can’t wait to dive in with you guys!
