As a lifestyle expert with a rich background in observing and analyzing high-profile events, I must say that the Ambani family’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebration was nothing short of spectacular. The opulence, the grandeur, and the star-studded guest list were all testaments to their impeccable hospitality and the deep-rooted traditions they hold dear.
On the 7th of September, the Ambani family celebrated the arrival of Ganpati Bappa at their Mumbai home, Antilia, with great fanfare and excitement. The newly married pair, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, performed their first aarti as a couple during this occasion. The following day, they bid farewell to the elephant deity with equal happiness and jubilation. In a video, they can be seen dancing to the rhythm of dhols at the Visarjan ceremony.
On September 8th evening, Nita Ambani and her children, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, climbed aboard a splendidly adorned truck to transport their Ganesh idol to its immersion site. Along the way, the latest addition to the Ambani family, Radhika, generously handed out sweets to those on the streets. On this special day, I opted for a stylish and comfortable blue short silk kurta adorned with golden embroidery. Meanwhile, my partner Anant chose an elegant orange kurta-pajama set, complete with a matching waistcoat. Together, we enjoyed the event immensely, as our radiant smiles can attest to.
At their Ganesh festival gathering, the Ambanis extended invitations to most of B-town, with Salman Khan being one of the attendees. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan, having just returned from a luxurious summer vacation, also graced this star-filled public occasion as their first post-vacation event. Joining them were the pair from Shershaah, Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra. The renowned Aamir Khan of Bollywood, along with his sons Junaid Khan (from Maharaj) and Azad Khan, also made an appearance.
Apart from them, many more individuals adorned in their traditional finery joined the event. Handsome man Arjun Kapoor donned a maroon kurta-dhoti set, while Sonam Kapoor Ahuja appeared in an all-red attire, with alta adorning her hands and feet. Jackie Shroff graced the occasion with his wife, daughter Tiger Shroff, and son. Following suit were celebrities such as Suniel Shetty, Anil Kapoor, Tamannaah Bhatia, Veer Pahariya, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Orry, among others.
