As a dedicated follower of the Indian music scene, I have always admired Badshah for his unique style and infectious beats. However, it’s not just his music that catches my attention; it’s also his eclectic lifestyle and fascinating collection of luxury items that sets him apart.

Badshah, both a singer and rapper, recently disclosed information about his substantial collection of sneakers, emphasizing a pair valued at approximately 22 million rupees which he intends to acquire upon achieving a major achievement like winning a Grammy. During the same discussion, he also talked about his fleet of luxury cars, labeling his Rolls Royce as ‘useless’ and expressing his opinion that no car can surpass a Swift or an Innova.

In an interview with The Lallantop, Badshah corrected a misunderstanding about his shoe collection. Contrary to reports suggesting 500 sneakers, he estimates it to be closer to 1,000, and potentially even more. Though he regularly wears only a few pairs, the majority are kept as part of his growing collection.

Speaking about the most expensive item in his collection, Badshah shared that he possesses a Nike Yeezy 2, which is approximately worth Rs 22 lakh. He explained, “I own a pair priced at around Rs 22 lakh. It’s a Nike Yeezy 2. Kanye West worked on it with Nike, but later moved on.” This specific pair, a result of collaboration between Kanye West and Nike, carries considerable cultural significance in popular culture and among the sneaker enthusiasts community.

Although its current market value is around Rs 22 lakh, he purchased it for about Rs 6 lakh. Badshah emphasized that he didn’t buy it as an investment, unlike many who acquire high-value items for that purpose. Instead, he bought it out of his passion for sneakers. He added, “The day I win a Grammy, I’ll wear that shoe.”

Badshah talked about his collection of lavish automobiles, such as a Rolls-Royce estimated to be worth approximately 80 crore rupees. He also shared that his Audi was given to him by the company for a year in a promotional agreement. However, he enjoys driving less expensive cars like the Swift and Innova more.

When questioned about his preference for driving a luxury car, Badshah flatly rejected the notion, saying, “Ridiculous, no car beats the Swift. The Swift and Innova are the finest vehicles ever made.
