As a die-hard fan of Travis Scott, I can honestly say that witnessing his incredible resurgence on the Billboard 200 is nothing short of exhilarating! The fact that “Days Before Rodeo” jumped an astounding 105 spots to No. 1 from No. 106 within a week is a testament to La Flame’s unmatched talent and the enduring power of his music.
This week, Travis Scott powerfully re-enters the Billboard 200 top 10 with his album “Days Before Rodeo” climbing all the way up to the first spot, previously at number 106.
In the week ending September 19, the 2014 mixtape titled “Days Before Rodeo” climbed to the top with a total of 156,000 units equivalent to an album. This figure is broken down as follows: 150,000 in actual album sales, with a significant 149,000 coming from vinyl sales, making it the week’s best-selling album and Scott’s largest vinyl week yet. Additionally, there were 6,000 units contributed by streaming equivalent albums, and the rest came from track equivalent album units. This achievement marks Scott’s fourth No.1 effort with “Days Before Rodeo”, following “UTOPIA”, “ASTROWORLD” and “Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight”.
In other parts of the chart, Sabrina Carpenter is placed second after holding the top spot for three consecutive weeks. Chappell Roan comes third, followed by Post Malone in fourth place and Morgan Wallen fifth. Completing the lower half of this week’s top 10 are Taylor Swift, Eminem, Billie Eilish, Noah Kahan, and Zach Bryan, respectively, starting from sixth position.
