Lawsuit Claims Sean “Diddy” Combs Drugged and Raped Woman With Bodyguard at Bad Boy Studio

As a seasoned gamer who has navigated countless virtual worlds, I must admit that stepping into the realm of reality can sometimes be as challenging and disheartening as battling a formidable boss or overcoming complex puzzles. The news about Sean Combs, once a towering figure in the music industry, now entangled in a web of legal troubles, is particularly disturbing.

Sean Combs, the embattled music mogul who remains in jail while he awaits trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, has been sued for allegedly drugging and raping a woman in 2001.

As a devoted fan, I’m sharing a recent account that has come to light. Thalia Graves, in a court filing this past Tuesday, claims she was subjected to a horrific sexual assault at Bad Boy Records’ New York studio by none other than Sean Combs and his bodyguard. The ordeal allegedly began after I was offered a drink that left me momentarily unconscious. Upon regaining consciousness, I found myself bound and restrained, with the two men continuing to inflict brutal sexual abuse and violation upon me, as stated in the complaint.

Last week, Combs faced a significant escalation in his legal issues with a three-count indictment. This accusation claims that he orchestrated a widespread criminal operation from at least 2008, using his business empire to assault and traffic women. Prosecutors allege that this criminal activity involved forcing women to take part in carefully arranged sexual encounters with male sex workers who were allegedly brought across state borders and even international boundaries. His bail was rejected due to concerns about his safety risk and the possibility of him fleeing the country, as he admitted guilt to these charges.

It seems this lawsuit marks at least the tenth legal action taken against Combs, following a lawsuit filed by singer Cassie Ventura (formerly signed to his label), which ignited a federal probe into potential sex trafficking and racketeering. Multiple accusers have made serious claims suggesting that employees and executives at various of his companies, including Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, were aware of and allegedly enabled the reported criminal acts.

For a long time, Graves chose not to disclose the incident to the authorities due to the concern that Combs and his companions might exploit their power to damage her life, which they had previously warned they would do on multiple occasions, according to Graves’ legal claim.

The allegation of sexual assault, dating back over a decade, was presented through New York City’s Victims of Gender-Based Violence Act. This law permits plaintiffs to submit civil suits concerning such accusations even when the regular time limit for filing such cases (statute of limitations) has passed.

Under the circumstances of being denied bail, Sean Combs is currently residing at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, a facility infamous for its unsanitary and potentially hazardous environment.
