Binance to Airdrop $1.5M in BNB to European Flood Victims

In my role as a researcher, I’m sharing this information: Binance Coin (BNB) distribution is planned for users residing in the most affected regions of Poland, Romania, and Czechia, who have been severely impacted by the floods. Homes, possessions, and unfortunately, lives have been lost due to these devastating events, leaving a trail of destruction behind.

By September 18th, 2024, users who have been affected and can verify their residency in the disaster areas through Proof of Address (POA) process with Binance will receive $50 worth of BNB. These funds will be directly credited into their Binance accounts, with the initial disbursement scheduled for October 1st, 2024.

Users who finish their POA between September 19th, 2024 and October 12th, 2024 will receive an extra $25 in BNB as a token of continued assistance from Binance. This is designed to give everyone affected by this situation the opportunity to gain from this initiative.

Kyrylo Khomyakov, Binance’s General Manager for Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, emphasized the intention behind the donation: “Our aim is that the recipients can use these contributions effectively in their local areas, be it for personal needs or those of their families, or where they are most needed within their communities.

Under the guidance of Binance Charity, this project is geared towards alleviating the financial struggles that arise from disasters. The collected funds can be utilized for individual necessities or to aid in the rebuilding of affected communities.
