In a statement, Roberts expressed that he was profoundly touched by Lisa Marie’s remarkable memoir. He felt honored to bring her vibrant and stunning life narrative to light, and he sincerely thanked Riley for entrusting him with the telling of Lisa Marie’s mother’s story.

Before Elvis Presley passed away in 2023, he requested Lisa Marie Keough’s assistance in completing his long-planned memoir. Following Elvis’ sudden demise, Lisa Marie listened to recordings that her mother had made for the book, which contained anecdotes about Graceland, her relationship with her mother, Priscilla Presley, life under public scrutiny, marriages to Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage, and the tragic loss of her son, Benjamin Keough, Riley’s brother.
