As a longtime fan of Diddy’s music, I have to say that this recent turn of events has left me feeling incredibly disheartened and saddened. The man who brought us hits like “I’ll Be Missing You” and “Mo Money Mo Problems,” the philanthropist who has given back to his community in countless ways, is now facing some very serious allegations that are hard to reconcile with the image I have of him.

A legal representative for a fresh accuser of Sean “Diddy” Combs states that she has received information about the potential sale of one of his alleged videos, specifically a pornographic clip involving Diddy. This individual, who is reportedly more prominent than the hip-hop artist and Bad Boy founder, was indicted last week on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd stated on NewsNation’s Banfield on Friday that there are tapes circulating in Hollywood which are being offered for sale. However, a specific individual reached out to her with a particular video they claimed to own and wanted to know if she was interested in buying it before it became public. Mitchell-Kidd confirmed the content of the video was pornographic. The incident occurred at this person’s home in Atlanta, but it appears they may not be aware that they are being filmed.

Mitchell-Kidd recently shared that she’s been approached by a fresh client who alleges that Combs assaulted her sexually back in 2018. According to this new claim, a police report was submitted shortly after the incident occurred.

Mitchell-Kidd stated that she informed him of an incident involving her being assaulted and fleeing, followed by news that Diddy visited a friend’s residence. The friend was connected with the industry.

Mitchell-Kidd contends that her client discovered Combs’ intentions for sex trafficking her upon his arrival.

Mitchell-Kidd stated, ‘This event ended with her being given a drink. Soon after, she felt disoriented. Unfortunately, Combs allegedly assaulted her using an inanimate object. Then, he instructed another man to also assault her while he watched and seemingly enjoyed the situation.’

A neighbor reported observing Mitchell-Kidd’s client running out onto the street, having managed to get away from their location.

These accusations surface as Combs continues his incarceration ahead of his trial, following a grand jury indictment this month on three counts. The allegations claim that he orchestrated a massive criminal organization, using it to mistreat and traffic women since 2008. He has been accused of forcing women into elaborate sexual encounters with male sex workers who were reportedly moved across state lines and even countries. His bail was rejected after he denied the charges, due to fears that he might attempt to leave the country.

Last week, Combs faced another legal action, making it at least the 10th case filed against the rapper. This latest suit was initiated by Cassie Ventura in November 2023, triggering a federal probe into allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering.

This occasion saw Combs being taken to court in New York’s federal system, facing accusations that he had drugged and sexually assaulted a woman in the year 2001. The accuser stated that she was victimized by both Combs and his security personnel in a sexual manner.

Last week’s reports indicated that Combs is being housed in the same Brooklyn detention facility (Metropolitan Detention Center) as Sam Bankman-Fried, a prominent figure in the cryptocurrency world who was recently found guilty of fraud.

Agnifilo, as of now, hasn’t given a response to The Hollywood Reporter regarding Mitchell-Kidd’s statements concerning the video and the latest accuser’s allegations.
