Jennifer Aniston Remembers Kris Kristofferson: “He Was Extraordinary”

As a gamer who grew up in the 90s and early 2000s, I can’t help but feel a tinge of nostalgia hearing about Jennifer Aniston’s collaboration with Kris Kristofferson. I remember his captivating performance in ‘He’s Just Not That Into You’ and the emotional depth he brought to her short film, ‘Room 10’. It’s heartbreaking to see him go, but his legacy will undoubtedly live on through his work and the memories we cherish.

On Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday evening, Jennifer Aniston paused at the start of her appearance to pay tribute to the recently departed Kris Kristofferson, who passed away over the weekend.

Back in 2006, I had the opportunity to step behind the camera and direct my very first short film titled “Room 10.” For this project, I was fortunate enough to bring on board none other than Kris Kristofferson to join forces with the talented Robin Wright. Together, we created some truly memorable moments on set.

Intriguingly, when we inquired, he responded affirmatively,” Aniston reminisced. “That moment was one of the most memorable and cherished experiences I’ve ever lived through.

She added of his performance in the film, “He broke our hearts; he was extraordinary.”

In the year 2009, they collaborated once more on the movie “He’s Just Not That Into You.” In this film, Kristofferson took on the role of Aniston’s on-screen dad.

At my 40th birthday celebration, he arrived accompanied by his wife; they had flown in,” Aniston reminisced about their relationship with the deceased artist and actor. “He was such a kind soul. His passing is deeply felt.

Aniston shared that Kristofferson was indeed a fan of the popular TV show “Friends”, as he himself confessed when she requested his participation in her short film. This revelation came about after she learned that his wife had been enjoying the NBC sitcom at home.

She shared that they were filming a movie abroad, and her eagerness to meet him was palpable. Interestingly, he’d been enjoying the sitcom ‘Friends’, and they shared an endearing moment. She described it as charming.

Later on, as part of marketing her book titled “Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life“, Aniston addressed some gossip circulating about her, clarifying if they held any truth.

I just checked out that video up there to find out if the claims are true – did she really go for a salmon sperm facial? And what about those ashes she’s carrying in a plastic bag, are they indeed from her deceased therapist? Let’s see!
