Multi-hyphenate Nicole Scherzinger has signed with CAA.

The multitalented individual who is known for singing, writing songs, acting, dancing, and hosting TV shows has recently joined forces with a talent agency prior to her upcoming Broadway premiere, where she will portray the lead character Norma Desmond in a revival of the musical Sunset Boulevard, penned by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

The U.S. premiere of the play scheduled for October 20th at the St. James Theatre is a follow-up from its successful run on London’s West End. During this run, Scherzinger was awarded the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical and the Evening Standard Theatre Award for Best Musical Performance.

The initial week of performances for the play “Sunset Boulevard” on Broadway has generated approximately $1.08 million in ticket sales. Over these shows, the audience capacity was filled to 93%. The Jamie Lloyd Company, Ambassador Theatre Group Productions, Michael Harrison for Lloyd Webber Harrison Musicals, and Gavin Kalin Productions are the producers behind this production.

Nicole Scherzinger initially gained fame as the lead vocalist of The Pussycat Dolls, a well-known girl group active in the early 2000s. Later, she embarked on a solo career in the 2010s. Subsequently, Scherzinger moved into unscripted television, hosting X Factor in the UK, Australia’s Got Talent on the 7 Network in Australia, and Fox’s Masked Singer in the U.S.

In the realm of theater, she contributed significantly, reviving Lloyd Webber’s play “Cats” in London, a feat that secured her an Olivier Award nomination. Moreover, Auli’i Cravalho, known as Scherzinger, has plans to revisit her role as Sina in the upcoming sequel “Moana 2,” scheduled for release in November 2024.

Beyond her work in entertainment, she is also an advocate for UNICEF UK and a worldwide representative for the Special Olympics.
