Secret Level, a collection of such games, has long been a dream come true for fans like me who’ve yearned to see these stories unfold on the silver screen. Interestingly, popular titles like God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, and Warhammer 40k (all part of Secret Level) are already in development for movie adaptations. Unlike a major Hollywood film that could potentially harm a video game’s reputation, one poorly received episode in an anthology series will have minimal impact on the popular standing of a video game.
