If You Haven't Heard Of The Midweek 'F---Its,' The Rock Is Here To School You On The Best Way To Get Through 'Em

As a gamer who’s had more than a few late nights fueled by energy drinks and pizza, I can totally relate to The Rock‘s midweek “Fuck Its”. It’s those moments when you just want to throw away your controller, order a mountain of sushi, drown it in tequila, and forget about the world for a while.

Every now and then, we experience days when we feel utterly drained. Days when we throw our hands up in defeat and choose to unwind. Often, these days lead us to consume foods and beverages that might not align with our usual habits, and it appears even The Rock encounters such days, and truthfully, they seem quite enticing.

Dwayne Johnson recently took to Instagram to announce he was suffering from a case of midweek “Fuck Its.” While I’ve never described those sorts of days in just that way, I will be calling them this from now on. I will also start planning to experience the “Fuck Its” in the same way The Rock does because the best way to handle them involves a mountain of sushi and tequila. I’m in.

To resemble Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, you’ll need an extraordinary level of dedication, as his diet and workout routines are both extensive and demanding. A glimpse at The Rock’s exercise regimen will leave you amazed, while attempting to follow his diet can often prove challenging for many people.

It’s not just eating junk food that leads to that state; Johnson has to maintain a balanced diet. Although Johnson may seem to be able to eat whatever he wants whenever he wants, it’s important to remember that even those on strict diets for muscle building have “cheat meals.” These are occasional indulgences where they can eat more or less what they want. However, Dwayne Johnson’s cheat meals are well-known on social media due to their massive size, as he still needs to consume a tremendous amount of calories given his large physique.

There seems to be some ambiguity as to whether his mid-week meal labeled as a “Fuck It” is actually an authorized cheat meal. Based on his conversation, it appears this might have been an additional indulgence he felt compelled to have due to his current emotional state. We can all relate to such situations.

Frankly, it appears quite impressive! As a sushi enthusiast who doesn’t get to enjoy it as frequently as desired, that platter looks delicious, though I might only be able to consume a small part of it personally. I must admit, the idea of spreading peanut butter and honey on cornbread is new to me, but I’m always open to trying new things!

Absolutely, it’s no surprise that The Rock endorsed his tequila brand during a meal promotion. With his current engagements in the WWE and acting, The Rock excels at promoting himself, his production company, or his liquor brands. He does it quite well, and honestly, his tequila isn’t bad, so I can’t really complain.

By the end of this week, we’re almost there, but it hasn’t quite arrived yet. It feels like I might be catching a touch of “Why Bother” syndrome mid-week. I’m planning to order some sushi and grab the tequila from the freezer soon.
