There’s been quite a buzz about Salman Khan making an appearance in Ajay Devgn‘s upcoming movie, Singham Again. TopMob was the one to break the news that the star had agreed to do a special role for his friends Rohit and Ajay. But recent reports indicate that due to persistent death threats towards him, the filmmakers have opted to remove Salman Khan’s appearance from the movie.
As per a recent update from Bollywood Hungama, it was planned for Salman Khan to film for a day at Golden Tobacco in Mumbai. Unfortunately, the shoot was called off after the passing away of Baba Siddique.
Rohit and Ajay privately debated and believed it would be inappropriate to ask Salman Khan to film under the current controversy,” a source involved revealed to the media outlet. The story went on to mention that they were under pressure to meet deadlines for submitting their movie to censors, so they opted to submit the film without Salman Khan’s involvement.
According to the source, there could be a scene showing Chulbul Pandey from behind in the extra credits. Yet, the source is uncertain if this will end up as the ultimate scene.
It was seen as inconsiderate to film with Salman so soon after Baba Siddique’s passing. Meanwhile, Rohit had to resubmit Singham Again for censorship by October 18th. At this point, they decided to postpone the project out of respect for Salman Khan’s privacy.

The source revealed, “This is a monumental collaboration! Chulbul Pandey, a beloved character from Rohit’s cop-universe, will be joining forces in the upcoming project, Singham Again. While there will be a brief appearance of Chulbul Pandey in Singham Again, future installments of Rohit’s cop universe are expected to showcase him in his complete form.
