Martha Stewart Thinks Neighbor Ryan Reynolds Is “Not So Funny in Real Life”

As a seasoned gamer and long-time fan of both Ryan Reynolds and Martha Stewart, I must admit that this recent revelation has left me somewhat perplexed. Having grown up watching Reynolds’ hilarious antics as Deadpool and enjoying Stewart’s culinary wisdom, I never thought the day would come when their fun quotient would be under debate.

Ryan Reynolds likely won’t be giving Martha Stewart a good laugh anytime soon.

The well-known chef openly expressed her genuine opinions about the actor from Deadpool and Wolverine during a recent episode on the Rent Free game show hosted by Bilt Rewards in November. One of the questions she answered was about which celebrities she believed the members of Bilt found most enjoyable to socialize with.

Instinctively, Stewart assumed that her close buddy, Snoop Dogg, must have been included, and indeed he was. Yet, it caught her off guard when she saw who else was on the list.

She wondered if Ryan Reynolds was among those actors who hide their faces in films, asking, ‘Is that the case with him?’ Then she shared a revelation: ‘I’ll tell you something else. In reality, he’s not particularly funny. Not at all. He’s quite serious.’

After the complete lineup was unveiled, featuring Taylor Swift, Reynolds, and Snoop Dogg, Stewart was questioned if she’d like to rearrange anything. She expressed a desire to keep Snoop and the “gracious” Swift, but as a businesswoman, she confessed to Ankur Jain, CEO and founder of Bilt, that she would swap Reynolds for another person instead.

Regarding her choice to replace the actor, Stewart mentioned, “I’d pick George Clooney because he’s entertaining. He’s a joy to be around.

Stewart made it clear that Reynolds is a talented actor who excels at playing humorous roles, yet he himself isn’t inherently funny. Perhaps with time and practice, he could regain his comedic prowess.

“I’m going to get in trouble,” she quipped. “He’s my neighbor.”

This month’s been a whirlwind for me, as I delved into the world of culinary creations. On October 22nd, I unveiled my latest cookbook, titled “Martha: The Cookbook – 100 Favorite Recipes, with Lessons and Stories from My Kitchen.” And just yesterday, R.J. Cutler’s Netflix documentary, “Martha,” premiered, offering a glimpse into my life as a gamer and culinary enthusiast alike.
