- Super Flappy Golf is an interesting take on minigolf mixed with Flappy Bird
- It’s also seeing a new closed alpha test that has opened applications
- Super Flappy Golf comes from storied dev Noodlecake Games
As someone who’s been through countless hours of minigolf and Flappy Bird sessions, I can confidently say that Super Flappy Golf is like a dream come true! Having followed its predecessors, I must admit I was initially sceptical about this peculiar blend, but the geniuses at Noodlecake Studios have once again proven their mettle with Slash Quest under their belt.
If you enjoy playing golf or watching birds, here’s a unique blend for you! Though Flappy Golf isn’t a fresh series, its latest addition Super Flappy Golf is still being worked on. If you’re eager to play it, this could be the perfect moment to listen closely since it’s entering closed alpha testing, and applications are currently being accepted!
Super Flappy Golf, along with its predecessors, combines elements of mini golf and the popular game Flappy Bird. Instead of continuous movement, you get a set number of ‘flaps’ to control the direction of your ball after it starts moving. The challenge lies in navigating through intricate courses while aiming for that coveted hole-in-one.
If you’re interested in testing Super Flappy Golf before its official release, you can sign up for the closed beta test by filling out the developer’s Google Form. It seems that the game is compatible with both iOS and Android devices, so applicants from either platform have a good chance of getting early access to the game.
Hit a birdie
Typically, I might be hesitant about a game blending Flappy Bird and golf, but given Noodlecake’s (known from Slash Quest) track record, they could potentially make it work. So, if you believe that combining these two sounds like a winning formula, there’s no risk in giving the app a try.
