As a hardcore BTS fan who has been following the group since their early days, the release of the trailer for RM: Right People, Wrong Place is nothing short of thrilling! The long-awaited trailer for the documentary titled “RM: Right People, Wrong Place“, which spotlights RM, the head of the K-Pop sensation group BTS, is now available.

The musician known as RM (whose real name is Kim Namjoon) contemplates his identity, both on stage and in private life, as depicted in the latest trailer. A summary of the movie indicates it portrays RM’s eight-month journey while creating his second solo album, “Right Place, Wrong Person.” This struggle mirrors the ongoing challenges faced by Kim Namjoon outside of the spotlight, as well as his genuine dedication and affection towards his craft.

Worldwide superstar provides an exclusive backstage glimpse into his studio life in the trailer. Pondering over the query, “What does it entail to be a K-Pop star at age 30?”, it was recently announced that the movie will be globally premiered on December 5.

The film titled “Right People, Wrong Place” first premiered in the Open Cinema section at the Busan International Film Festival. This documentary was produced by Hybe, the company that oversees BTS’ label Big Hit Music, and is distributed by CJ 4DPLEX, a subsidiary of the Korean conglomerate CJ Group.

At the end of last year, RM joined the South Korean military. Out of the seven members of BTS, five are currently fulfilling their military service duties. Recently, images surfaced showing RM and other group members greeting BTS’ oldest member Jin upon his release from military service this summer. Meanwhile, bandmates Jimin and Jungkook have made appearances in the recently aired Disney+ show titled “Are You Sure?!“, which was filmed in 2023 prior to their enlistment. The travel series, consisting of eight episodes, concluded in September.

The movie titled “Right People, Wrong Place” will debut in Seoul, South Korea on December 5, marking its release in 90 countries worldwide. Tickets for the premiere are now available as of today, November 6, with global secondary ticket sales to open on November 20.
