As gaming enthusiast Sam Conant, or “Cones” for short, I’m well recognized in the vibrant world of hip-hop. Over a decade deep in this game, I’ve accumulated an impressive collection of photos – from the electrifying moments at concerts to the genuine, spontaneous candids – capturing the rising stars of today’s hip-hop scene. Now, I’m thrilled to announce my debut photo book: “Happy To Be Here,” a 328-page journey filled with my best shots.
From 2014 to 2023, Cones raised several significant names in the rap scene, such as Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, Lil Tecca, A$AP Rocky, Metro Boomin, Post Malone, and Offset – all of whom are featured in Happy To Be Here.

To mark the debut of “Happy To Be Here“, Cones is organizing a launch event tonight, which falls on Friday, November 8, at KidSuper’s Gallery in Brooklyn. The accompanying pop-up photo exhibit will be open for free admission all weekend long. If you buy a hard copy of the book at the event, you’ll receive a special Cones signature as well!
