Did You Know Ananya Panday’s mother Bhavana had to take therapy because of her? Find out reason

As an ardent fan, witnessing the journey of Ananya Panday and her mother Bhavana has been nothing short of inspiring. The resilience they display amidst the trials and tribulations of public life is truly commendable.

Actress Ananya Panday is well-known in the Bollywood industry and has a large number of fans. However, she frequently faces harsh criticism on social media platforms. Lately, Ananya’s mother, Bhavana Pandey, has disclosed that she undergoes therapy during these times because her daughter’s online trolling affects her more than it does Ananya herself.

Recently, Ananya Panday’s mother Bhavana Pandey along with Shalini Passi, Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor, and Seema Kiran Sajdeh spoke to Barkha Dutt at We The Women. During the conversation, the CTRL actress’ mother talked about undergoing therapy after she battled with postpartum depression following the arrival of her second daughter, Rysa Pandey.

In an interview, the well-known figure from Fabulous Lives and Bollywood Wives disclosed that she experienced a great deal of anxiety during a specific period. She admitted that she didn’t understand why she felt that way. She also spoke about how people would tell her there was no cause for her to feel anxious when she shared her feelings with them, despite having no apparent reasons for such feelings in her life at the time.

Bhavana Pandey expressed heartfelt appreciation for all the blessings in her life, suggesting that these feelings might stem from unconscious or hormonal fluctuations. She vividly recalled a particularly challenging time in her existence, and also recollected her friends noticing her significant weight reduction during this phase.

Bhavana shared insights about her coping strategies, stating, “For roughly a year, or perhaps slightly more, I underwent therapy sessions. Occasionally, I still seek therapy when I encounter situations I can’t manage on my own.” Furthermore, she acknowledged that the online harassment directed towards her daughter, Ananya, significantly affected her.

In her own words, she shared, “Her online teasing impacted me more deeply than it did her. Being overly sensitive used to be a struggle for me, but I’ve grown stronger through it all. During challenging periods, I seek help from therapy and talk a lot with my best friend Chunky. He is incredibly supportive, though sometimes his perspective can be biased, and at times, he might not fully grasp the situation.

Bhavana gained popularity through her appearance on the Netflix series, Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. This season, known as Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives, premiered in October of this year.

Currently, I’ve got some exciting projects lined up! I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of Call Me Bae Season 2, and I can’t wait to see Akshay Kumar portray C. Sankaran Nair in his upcoming biopic.
