As a seasoned sneaker enthusiast who has been collecting and admiring these iconic shoes for decades, I must say that this lineup of upcoming releases is nothing short of breathtaking! From the understated elegance of the Air Jordan 12 “Phantom” to the vibrant energy of Lil Yachty’s Air Force 1 Low “Concrete Boys,” there’s something here for every sneakerhead.
As November nears its end, all systems go! Major sneaker brands like Nike, adidas, PUMA, and others have more releases planned for us before we move into December. This week, expect new basketball shoes, modernized classics, and much more. But let’s first reflect on the past seven days and what transpired in the sneaker world.
Last week saw an exciting flurry of activity at Nike, with long-time partners Stash and Hiroshi Fujiwara hinting at upcoming collaborations (Air Max 95/Air Force 1 and Air Zoom Spiridon). Meanwhile, Kobe Bryant’s memory was honored through two distinct colorways of the Air Force 1 – “Home” and black – slated for release in the coming month. Additionally, the official images of Travis Scott’s Jordan Jumpman Jack “Bright Cactus” were unveiled, and several Nike/Jordan Brand sneakers made their debut in Fortnite.
Stepping up my game, Adidas didn’t hold back. Olympic champion Noah Lyles unveiled a fresh collaboration with Bad Bunny, while Jerry Lorenzo’s upcoming Fear of God Athletics basketball shoes made an appearance. Not to be outshone, Adidas also flaunted a silhouette inspired by the Foam Runner, dubbed the Lightblaze Moc. Other brands joined in on the action too; New Balance’s 993 model shined brightly with collaborations from JJJJound and Aimé Leon Dore. Meanwhile, OTTO 958 flaunted its newest ASICS collaboration, and stylist Veneda Carter continued her creative partnership with Timberland.
With all the latest updates, take a peek at the new shoe releases for the coming week. Don’t forget to explore the current styles on HBX’s website!
