As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for both digital and physical timepieces, I must admit that the Czapek x Fratello Promenade Transparencies “Viridian Green” has caught my eye. With its unique blend of independent watchmaking craftsmanship and a vibrant color scheme reminiscent of pixelated landscapes from some of my favorite games, it’s a timepiece that resonates with my gaming spirit.
As a devoted admirer, I’m thrilled to share that the self-reliant watchmaker, Czapek, has teamed up with Fratello once more for an exclusive timepiece partnership, this time featuring the captivating Promenade Transparencies “Viridian Green.” This marks the second joint release from these two dynamic entities, and while the design is different, it continues the vibrant color narrative we started with our first collaboration.
Clad in its own deep shade, this piece showcases prominently the SXH7.1 movement designed within, visible through a dial made of openworked sapphire tinted green with fumé, producing a captivatingly soft gradient. Enclosed in a 38mm case crafted from stainless steel, it features hour markers and hands illuminated with luminous material, along with a subdial for seconds at 4 o’clock.
Although it looks quite fragile, this timepiece can endure being submerged up to 50 meters underwater, and it boasts a 60-hour power reserve in its movement. To complement its color pattern, the watch comes with a woven Cordura strap in a harmonizing green shade.
50 unique pieces of the Czapek x Fratello Promenade Transparencies “Viridian Green” are up for grabs at a price point of €32,000 EUR (around $33,727 USD). These exclusive timepieces can be pre-ordered directly through Fratello’s website.
