Palace x Needles Unveil Channels Whimsical Blokecore in Latest Capsule Collection

As a seasoned gamer with an eye for fashion and streetwear, I can’t help but be thrilled about the upcoming Palace x NEEDLES collaboration! With a rich history of unique designs and bold aesthetics, these two brands have consistently pushed boundaries and delivered pieces that resonate with me.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined forces with NEEDLES, led by the talented Keizo Shimizu, for a festive collaboration! This 23-piece collection is packed with hats, hoodies, trousers, tees, and outerwear, each piece reflecting the unique styles of both of our brands. It’s going to be perfect for the upcoming holiday season!

Unified by their shared love for streetwear and an unyielding style, the produced items showcase a blend of familiar outlines along with unique designs. These diverse forms are brought to life in a lively spectrum of eccentric patterns and daring prints. Notable styles feature velour-accented tracksuits and towel-textured T-shirts, offering a playful take on the blokecore trend.

The distinctive butterfly pattern from NEEDLES is combined with Palace’s robust typography in different sizes throughout their collection. For instance, on items like denim jackets and coordinating jeans, the Palace logo is creatively redesigned using NEEDLES’ unique typeface. Meanwhile, butterfly motifs are abundantly featured across these garments.

Besides the teamwork capsule, this week’s release also encompasses the third installment of Palace’s Winter 2024 collection. It features long-sleeve football jerseys, cozy sherpa outerwear, and pants, as well as cold-weather accessories like teddy bear ear beanies and P2B Reverso Fur Trooper hats in multiple color options.

Take a look at the collaborative collection between Palace and NEEDLES, along with the newest Holiday release from the London imprint displayed above. These collections will become available for purchase both in-store and online starting December 13 at 11 a.m. EDT, and on December 14 at 11 a.m. JST in Japan and Korea. The drop will also be accessible via Palace’s WeChat platform in China at the same time, 11 a.m. CST on that day.
