As a seasoned streetwear enthusiast with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement when I see the NEIGHBORHOOD x PHINGERIN collaboration! Growing up in the 90s, I remember scouring the streets for that perfect, unique piece to add to my ever-growing collection. This collaboration is like a nostalgic dream come true – a harmonious blend of two brands that embody the essence of urban culture and quirky individualism.
For the initial time, NEIGHBORHOOD and PHINGERIN are teaming up for a unique collection. This 7-item collaboration showcases PHINGERIN’s laid-back streetwear aesthetic, incorporating subtle yet whimsical details across jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, trousers, and balaclavas.
The standout PG1 Savage Knit boasts frayed borders and intentional off-kilter stitching reminiscent of a worn denim jacket, while the accompanying balaclavas are available in two distinct hues, mirroring this unique design style.
1) The T-shirt and hoodie come in two distinct styles, each boasting a prominent collage graphic on the front and “NBHD ‘N’ PNGN” text at the back, both using the same font. PHINGERIN’s Bontage trousers have been revamped using an 8W corduroy material and include zips on the rear side for added convenience.
Have a peek at the gallery’s lookbook. The collaboration between PHINGERIN and NEIGHBORHOOD is set to launch on December 14, both online and in physical stores. Prices for the collection will range from $90 to $792 USD.
