As a lifestyle expert with a penchant for Bollywood nostalgia, I must say that witnessing the camaraderie and love shared by Jeetendra and Rakesh Roshan at their half-century mark is nothing short of inspiring. Their dance floor performance was not only a testament to their enduring friendship but also a reminder that bromance truly knows no age!
50 years of marital bliss was celebrated in a lavish manner by Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor at their Mumbai residence, which was graced by daughter Ekta Kapoor and many popular personalities. In a trending video, the actor is seen enjoying an energetic dance with his longtime friend Rakesh Roshan, proving that friendship becomes even stronger as it matures – don’t miss this heartwarming moment!
Rakesh Roshan attended Jeetendra’s 50th anniversary celebration and together they ignited the dance floor. Mushtaq Sheikh, a friend of Ekta, shared exclusive backstage footage, highlighting their dance performance. Their synchronized dancing was quite captivating, setting an inspiring example of friendship.
In the video, I had the pleasure of seeing Ekta Kapoor, Neelam Kothari, Sameer Soni, Krystle D’Souza, among others, who were all immersed in the jubilant mood and gracefully dancing to the rhythm.

In a different video posted by Ekta Kapoor, Ridhi Dogra and Krystle Dsouza put on a unique performance, which was then followed by Jeetendra and Shobha exchanging flower garlands. They reenacted the traditional ritual of the varmala ceremony from weddings, with family members looking on and scattering rose petals in celebration.
A delightful three-layer vanilla cake, adorned with the message “Congratulations on 50 Years!”, was sliced to mark the special occasion. Joining in the celebration were notable figures such as Anil Kapoor, Anita Hassanandani, and fashion designer Manish Malhotra.
