In my humble opinion, the show’s fourth season takes the cake as my personal favorite. The hilarious antics of Jake and Holt posing as “Larry” and “Greg” at Fun Zone were absolutely side-splitting, and the addition of Maya Rudolph as a U.S. Marshal made it all the more entertaining.

But what really sealed the deal for me was the evolution of the relationship between Jake and Amy, as well as Rosa and Adrian’s romance. It’s not every day that you see a series tackle both the highs and lows of romantic relationships in such an authentic and relatable way. Plus, who can forget the thrilling road trip to rescue the missing squad members?

All in all, if you haven’t given Brooklyn Nine-Nine a chance yet, I highly recommend you give it a go – just be prepared for some serious laughter! After all, as they say, comedy is tragedy plus time… and a good writing team.
