L.L. Bean launches its newest JAPAN EDITION line of outdoor wear, combining classic outdoor design with urban Japanese fashion trends. Hollywood Ranch Market x Yohji Yamamoto’s Wildside Capsule
The Hollywood Ranch Market collaborates with Yohji Yamamoto’s Wildside offshoot for a covert five-piece capsule collection. Drawing inspiration from French workwear combined with Chinese elements, the collection is centered around an all-black color scheme. Key pieces include a traditional French work jacket adorned with Chinese knot-style buttons, a round collar, snap button cuffs, and vertical stitching. The trousers, made from Yamamoto’s TC cotton twill, can be converted into shorts via detachable lower legs. Highlights from the lineup include a waterproof zip-up jacket boasting an adjustable hood and generous pocket space, available in off-white and lime green, and a zip-up fleece vest decorated with an all-over green, black, and purple pattern. The collection, characterized by earthy hues and practical designs, is slated for release on Thursday, January 9, at 8 p.m. EST, exclusively through thisisneverthat’s official website. Marmot x atmos Technical Collection
Marmot and atmos have teamed up for a partnership, combining urban fashion with practical features for all-weather use. This limited-edition collection offers two jackets and two pairs of pants, available in either black or khaki, built to endure tough weather conditions. The Mountain Utility Jacket is made from windproof material and waterproof zips, offering an oversized design, eight utility pockets, and reflective Marmot branding for visibility during nighttime. To match the jacket, there are Technical Pants featuring mesh pockets, minimal snap fasteners, side panels, extra storage layers, and breathable mesh behind the knees for added comfort. The collection will be available through a lottery system until January 10th, with the pants costing around $170 USD and the jacket about $250 USD.
