Denim Tears has commenced the new year by unveiling a fresh winter collection. They showcased this latest release on Instagram, complete with a campaign starring the Detroit-based rapper, Veeze.
Tremaine Emory’s brand unveiled its latest collection through a video showcasing Veeze rapping while wearing some items from this season’s lineup. In the clip, Veeze is seen sporting an eye-catching orange sweatsuit set with graphics of burning $100 USD bills. He accessorized the look with a matching beanie and layered it over a white long-sleeve shirt embellished with the “Denim Tears” logo in the form of the American flag on the front.
This assortment showcases an American theme, incorporating elements from the Star-Spangled Banner and contemporary fashion trends. From tracksuits to sweatshirts, large denim bomber hoodies, and camouflage patterns, it reflects Emory’s concept of the African Diaspora. Starting January 10, you can find this collection online and in store at the African Diaspora Goods location on Spring Street in New York, as Emory brings his African American perspective to Denim Tears, interpreting heritage and design in a unique way.
