Today, on January 9th, 2025, I’m elated to celebrate a milestone birthday with the versatile artist I am fortunate to follow – Farhan Akhtar. Born in Mumbai back in 1974, he has left an indelible mark on the Hindi film industry, whether he’s directing or acting, as well as singing. His directorial debut, Dil Chahta Hai, garnered widespread critical acclaim, and since then, he’s continued to shine in various successful films such as Lakshya, Don, and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.

In the bustling world of Indian cinema, Farhan Akhtar – a multitalented artist – boasts several upcoming productions in 2025. On the acting front, he will be featured prominently in the military action movie titled “120 Bahadur,” slated for a November 21, 2025 release.
In my perspective as a lifestyle expert, I’d like to share that the movie serves as an homage to Major Shaitan Singh, who was awarded the Param Vir Chakra, and the valiant soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment. This captivating narrative unfolds amidst the dramatic setting of the 1962 India-China war, offering a poignant portrayal of their courage and resilience during one of our nation’s most challenging times.
Beyond his acting roles, Akhtar is engaged in numerous directorial ventures as well. Currently, he’s set to direct “Jee Le Zaraa,” a road trip movie starring Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt, which is being developed at the moment.
