In a conversation with Shubhankar Mishra on YouTube, Sonu Sood discussed his fitness regimen, diet, and lifestyle habits that contribute to his well-built physique. He began by mentioning that he is a lifelong vegetarian who abstains from alcohol and has never consumed non-vegetarian food. Sharing stories about his family background, he attributed his physical strength to his Punjabi heritage, noting that his father was particularly strong. Moreover, Sonu pointed out that he is the only member of his family who has never indulged in non-vegetarian meals and avoids partying as well.
When asked if he relied on supplements to build his physique, Dabangg actor admitted that protein powder is the only supplement he uses. Every evening, Sonu admitted, he’d consume an entire loaf of bread along with a whole block of Amul butter, and wash it down with milk straight from an opened packet. To this day, when dining at hotels, he asks the chefs for a salad and egg whites. “I could live on lentil stew and rice forever,” the actor and philanthropist declared enthusiastically.
Meanwhile, on the work front, he is all set to make his directorial debut with Fateh.
