During an honest conversation with Hindustan Times, Chunky Panday shared his joy about the increasing recognition of his family in the spotlight. Known for his villainous and humorous roles, this actor feels a sense of pride when people identify him not just for his own accomplishments, but also for the fame of one of his relatives.
The actor shared that it brings him great joy whenever people recognize him as Ananya Panday’s father. Quite frequently, someone will ask for a photograph, and upon asking how they know him, they reply, “You are Ananya Panday’s dad.” This frequent recognition by his daughter’s name makes him feel very pleasant.
Additionally, he disclosed that he had visited Paris previously, and while people did recognize him there, it wasn’t due to his own work but rather the fame of his wife, Bhavana Pandey, whose reality TV show Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives is popularized in various languages and was well-known in France because of its dubbing.
He shared that we were in Paris, and it seemed people knew her. They often requested him to take their photos, saying, “You’re her husband; would you kindly take our picture for us?”. Witnessing those around us thrive brought an immense sense of joy.
