By the end game, all heroes will be upgraded anyway, so it’s more about coordinating your team effectively using the available characters you have at hand.

Focus primarily on characters like Ma Chao (Meng Qi) and Demon Diao Chan (Bi Yue), who have incredible destructive capabilities. If you need an additional character, consider either Zhao Yun (Zi Long) or Saint Da Qiao (Da Qiao) to provide support. In the later stages of the game, a healer would be ideal for recovery purposes, and she is highly recommended.

For an effective team composition, consider trying out one of the suggested options. The choice will largely depend on how well your early game is progressing, specifically based on the heroes you’ve acquired so far. However, a key aspect involves having a common hero for all players: Ma Chao.

Ma Chao (Meng Qi), Zhao Yun (Zi Long), Lu Lingqi (Ling Qi), Sun Luyu (Little Tiger), Demon Diao Chan (Bi Yue)

This team performs well in the early to mid stages of the game. If you don’t possess Demon Diao Chan, feel free to replace her with another effective damage dealer. If you own Saint Da Qiao, consider swapping her for Sun Luyu. This versatile team is capable of dealing substantial damage, so utilize your strongest characters and continue upgrading them. You may also opt for Demon Cao Cao (Meng De) in place of Demon Diao Chan.

3 Tip #3 – Only upgrade your active heroes

It’s better not to invest your limited resources in enhancing heroes who aren’t part of your team. Instead, focus on elevating a single hero to its maximum level, then move on to the next one. Upgrading all heroes at once is usually impractical due to resource scarcity.

It’s best not to enhance the factions heroes you plan to use as resources, instead, upgrade them just enough for feeding purposes. Remember, their primary role is to be used as nourishment for your primary heroes, so avoid investing too many resources into leveling them up unnecessarily, especially if you don’t have stronger heroes available in your roster.

Ma Chao should be the first one you max, so try to save your resources to upgrade him first.

4 Tip #4 – Make the most out of the game, and take all the rewards possible

The game is exceptionally generous with its rewards, so it’s highly recommended that you strive to accumulate as many rewards as possible each day. Here’s an effective strategy: by simply keeping yourself online for a few hours daily, you can obtain a free Ma Chao character. An efficient approach would be to log into the game from multiple devices and keep them running simultaneously. Admittedly, it takes time to receive the free hero every day, but the benefits are more than substantial.

Additionally, it’s important to make your quests a priority. Not only do you have numerous daily tasks, but also weekly ones. These quests serve as an excellent resource and experience booster. However, remember that too much of a good thing can be overwhelming, so keep tabs on the game’s happenings as well.

Participating in various events offers you numerous Free Recruit Tickets and Jades, plus the chance to obtain free heroes. Make sure not to skip any of these events because you wouldn’t want to miss out on anything. As a Free-to-Play (F2P) player, there are still plenty of rewards available to help enhance your team, so I highly suggest dedicating some time each day to take part in these events if your aim is to advance.

Additionally, discussing advancement, you’ll garner numerous free recruits if you consistently play. All that is required is making progress within the story mode. Once you have advanced, look for the “3000 Recruits” button at the top of your screen. Whenever you reach a significant point, visit this location and you can claim the heroes without charge!

5 Tip #5 – How to spend your Jades

In the game Legend of Kingdoms, Jade stones serve as the main premium currency. These can be used effectively for obtaining hero shards and Advance Crystals from the in-game shop. At the initial stages, utilizing some Jades for summoning a few times isn’t entirely unwise, but it’s generally advisable to save them up until you have around 10,000 of them. Once you reach that amount, you can then decide how best to use your accumulated Jade stones. Personally, I opted to summon a couple of times to enhance my team composition, and subsequently saved all subsequent Jades.

Whenever I find something useful and beneficial in the store, I head over to make a purchase using my Jades. It’s also possible to stock up on items beforehand by utilizing Refresh Tickets, which allows for instant acquisition of needed items as well.
