A significant number of conservative individuals generally oppose the removal of figures such as Alex Jones and Andrew Tate from social media sites.
That’s not the same as supporting their extreme views.
Jones’ assertion that the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy was a hoax ended up costing him over a billion dollars. This contentious statement led to his expulsion from many social media sites and compounded his legal troubles.
He has returned to X, which was previously known as Twitter, and many conservatives are not keen on seeing him banned again.
Tate continues to be a figure with a similarly destructive reputation. It’s well-known that the ex-kickboxer harbors misogynistic views. He has faced allegations of sex trafficking, child rape, and he seems to embrace his destructive persona on social media and in interviews.
He has strenuously denied all charges, claims he says are part of a cultural witch hunt.
He is openly conservative, supports President-elect Donald Trump, and shares views that resonate with many people leaning toward the political right.
Difficulties emerged when conservative figure, Benny Johnson, invited Tate onto his show last week. Johnson hinted at their conversation by sharing an image of himself wearing sunglasses in a manner reminiscent of Tate.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Andrew Tate will join The Benny Show LIVE tomorrow to discuss Trump’s political persecution + New York City show trial sentencing and the Political Future of Top G.

Previously, figures known for their conservative views, such as Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens, have welcomed Tate with open arms.
The Johnson interview didn’t delve into challenging questions concerning Tate’s past remarks about women’s mistreatment. In response to such allegations, Tate pointed out some humor he made a decade back, which are no longer representative of his current beliefs, during the discussion.
He didn’t specify said comments.
If not, it was quite friendly, but this caused some displeasure among conservatives on X, catching the eye of Russell Brand. This outspoken individual who once identified as a socialist, now leaning towards provocative right-wing views, supported the interview and, to a certain degree, defended Tate.

In a video I recently posted on X, I expressed my admiration for Tate. He’s not just smart, but also an effective communicator. Moreover, he embodies values that are truly impressive and vital, values that might have been overlooked too casually in the past.
Podcaster Shannon Joy was one of many to pounce on Brand’s comments and quasi-Tate endorsement.

Others joined in.
Could we perhaps question whether it’s acceptable to label him as a “complex figure” or a “controversial character,” given his alleged involvement in the exploitation of women, encouraging physical abuse, and using violence against them through methods such as prostitution, breaking their cheekbones, or whipping them with belts?
It would be appropriate for Christians to express their disapproval of his behavior or statements, and encourage him to change his ways. I strongly recommend that you take some time for heartfelt prayer regarding this matter.

While some people stood up for both Brand and Tate, it’s important to note that this view was not widely held. On the contrary, there were many who circulated incriminating videos showing Tate boasting about his mistreatment of women, allegedly for financial gain as well as personal pleasure.
The individual, known as Brand, has openly discussed his journey towards Christianity. He’s admitted to past misconduct and shown remorse for it. This contrite demeanor seems unlike the character typically associated with Tate.
In another video posted on X, Brand acknowledged that Tate sometimes says things that are quite extraordinary. This particular statement led to a Community Notes update, which included alarming details and allegations.

The brand is facing allegations of sexual misconduct that date as far back as when he first gained prominence. However, he consistently maintains his innocence.
