Currently, there’s no clear timeline for when we might get to watch the upcoming DCU Batman, as Director Andy Muschietti hinted that his film is not imminent. With the postponement of “The Batman Part II” and DC likely preferring to space out their Batman movies, it’s unlikely that “The Brave and the Bold” in the new DC Universe will be released anytime soon. However, fans continue to speculate about who should play the role, offering some compelling suggestions.
It’s already been suggested that Reacher star Alan Ritchson would make a pretty great Batman, and Ritchson himself has indicated that he’d be up for such a role if it were offered to him. Currently, only two upcoming DC films with confirmed castings are Superman, scheduled for release this year, and Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, slated for next summer’s premiere.
