Azaad: Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani reveals studying for exams during Uyi Amma shoot; ‘Still trying to…’

Rasha Thadani, daughter of Raveena Tandon, is all set to enter Bollywood with the movie “Azaad,” where she will share screen space with Ajay Devgn’s nephew, Aaman Devgn. The fresh face in the industry has been garnering praise for her song ‘Uyi Amma’ from the film. In a recent interview, Rasha shared that she was juggling studies and work during the song shoot, expressing her efforts to strike a balance between her education and acting career.

According to a chat with ETimes, Rasha Thadani revealed that her parent – the actress Raveena Tandon – takes pride in her achievements. She added that although her mother is always backing her onwards and upwards, she instills in her children the values of humility and maintaining a down-to-earth attitude.

As per Rasha, the cautious attitude shown by her parents shields her from excessive influence of compliments. This she appreciates since it aids in maintaining her sense of security and balance.

Rasha shared that, similar to her mom, she balances her education with her acting career. While working on Ui Amma, she finished her high school studies and then returned to school afterwards.

At present, she’s pursuing a business management course during its inaugural year while managing both her academic obligations and acting commitments.

Discussing her busy routine, Rasha pointed out that she crammed for her business test amidst filming Ui Amma. She confessed to studying before and during the shoot, and only a day later, she sat for the exam with a hint of humor, expressing her eagerness to know her grades.

Additionally, Azaad features Aaman Devgan, Ajay Devgn, and Diana Penty in prominent roles. Abhishek Kapoor directs this production, with Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor serving as producers. The film is anticipated to convey a powerful narrative about the indestructible bond between humans and animals.

The movie takes us on an emotional voyage exploring themes of love, devotion, and courage, set to hit theaters on January 17, 2025.
