Ripple donates $100k in XRP for California wildfire relief

Ripple commits a donation of $100,000 in XRP towards assisting communities recovering from the ongoing wildfires in California.

The contribution is earmarked for assisting non-governmental organizations such as World Central Kitchen and GiveDirectly. These organizations are dedicated to providing immediate aid while also working towards long-term reconstruction efforts.

Thanks to a matching promise from entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, the donation made via the cryptocurrency charitable platform The Giving Block will be amplified in its effect, effectively doubling its impact.

As a researcher reporting this news, I’m excited to share that Ripple is generously contributing $100,000 in XRP, channeled through @TheGivingBlock, to support wildfire relief efforts for California, specifically benefiting organizations like @WCKitchen and @GiveDirectly.

Thanks to the generous boost from @rookisaacman, this donation will be doubled, making an even bigger impact!
