Avantika Dassani, the daughter of well-known actress Bhagyashree, encountered an unforeseen predicament when a bomb scare interrupted her journey at Goa airport, causing a six-hour delay in her flight to Mumbai and leaving her in a difficult position. Posting about her experience online, she expressed that the year 2025 (which should have been a fresh start) began with this unsettling event for her.
Avantika Dassani offered a peek into the stressful scenario unfolding at Goa airport by uploading a picture on Instagram, which depicted security personnel and airport workers examining an airplane.
She described the nerve-wracking beginning of 2025, noting “Our flight on New Year’s Eve turned out to be a bomb scare…” The event transpired on Monday during her journey back to Mumbai. Her plane was halted due to a false bomb warning, leading to considerable hold-ups.

After thorough checks, the plane that was originally planned to reach Mumbai at 10:30 p.m. ended up landing three hours later, at 3:30 a.m. instead.
As reported by News18, there was an unidentified warning about a bomb aboard the flight, which caused fear among both the passengers and staff operating it. This alert resulted in passengers being detained at the airport, causing widespread unease. Avantika’s relatives were very anxious, hoping for her safe arrival in Mumbai.
Previously, Bhagyashree, who is married to Himalaya Dassani, shared stories about her long-standing friendship with Salman Khan in an interview at TopMob. She disclosed that it was Salman who first learned about Bhagyashree’s relationship with Himalaya, thanks to a common acquaintance they both shared.
While shooting Dil Deewana Bin Sajna Ke in Ooty, he playfully joked about her hidden romance, which was uncharacteristic of him. On a day when the press was present, he humorously sang the film’s title song to her, leaving her both amused and confused as she struggled to keep a straight face.
The actress also revealed that Salman’s unexpected shift in demeanor hinted at his awareness of her growing romance with Himalaya. Admittedly, she felt a sense of unease being near him because she wanted to maintain secrecy about their relationship.
Looking back, she acknowledged Salman’s consistent encouragement, disclosing that he was there for her and Himalaya during each hurdle, accompanying them from the initial stages of their wedding planning all the way till the last moment.
