Tile Tales: Pirate offers a fun and straightforward sliding puzzle experience with a charming pirate twist. The game challenges players to arrange tiles in the correct order to reveal images of pirate treasures, ships, and tropical islands. The intuitive controls make it easy to slide tiles around, and the increasing difficulty ensures the game stays engaging.
The pirate motif infuses a charming character into the game, complete with vibrant graphics and catchy sea tunes that create an engaging atmosphere. Although it doesn’t revolutionize the traditional sliding puzzle design, Tile Tales: Pirate is ideal for leisure gamers seeking both relaxation and mental stimulation. It’s a hidden gem you won’t want to miss!

I played Tile Tales: Pirate and I liked it. It’s a super interesting and fun puzzle game. The game has a humorous twist and a journey where you have to hunt for treasures. Another cool thing is that this game will have versions for consoles and PC. The graphics are super lively and colourful, the colours are very captivating and together with this humorous twist it will be a very fun game to play.
This game follows a straightforward setup – you move across a game board, aiming to reach the captain. En route, you encounter treasures as well as challenges. The simplicity of the rules makes it accessible for all ages without complications. I found it quite engaging and would wholeheartedly suggest it to fellow puzzle enthusiasts. The game runs smoothly, and combined with its audio elements, it creates an enchanting and enjoyable gaming experience.

At its heart, Tile Tales is a sliding tile game that involves creating a connected path to get your pirate character from one point to another. What set this game apart in my opinion is the charming visuals and sound. The characters like your pirate, a Parrott, and little mischievous monkeys are well-animated and add some humour. The sounds are lively and add to the cheerful atmosphere. One must help you little pirate guy reach treasures and other items by rearranging tiles to create a path.
In Tile Tales, your pirate character moves forward automatically, making the game trickier as you navigate through the levels. Sometimes, it was perplexing to determine the least number of moves needed to move the tiles and reach the desired location. The initial stages were simple but things got challenging later on for me. This is an ideal relaxing puzzle game that you can play a level or two before sleeping or during breaks. I found myself spending more time playing as I became better and got into the rhythm. Overall, I quite enjoy Tile Tales and will keep it installed on my phone for occasional puzzles.

Tile Tales: Pirate is a family-friendly tile sliding puzzle game, with some fantastic logic-based handcrafted level designs. I really got hooked on the outstanding, polygonal, colourful graphics that immediately stood out amongst the numerous puzzle games on my phone. Levels start off rather simple and eventually escalate to some real challenges, with trial and error required to complete them all since there’s no hand-holding here.
In Tile Tales, you earn three stars upon completing each level, plus collecting diverse treasures while adhering to the limit on tile moves per stage. The game features lively environments, charming characters, and a host of vibrant settings that make for an exciting pirate-themed journey. If you’re a fan of this genre, I wholeheartedly recommend Tile Tales! 🙂

As the name implies Tile Tales: Pirate is a modern take on the old slide puzzles you may have played as a child. In this gam,e you aren’t trying to arrange numbers in a correct order but tiles of land to create a path for the shipwrecked Pirate to guide him to the level exit that is marked with a big X.
The game begins simply, yet to achieve the elusive three stars, you need to finish each level with the least possible moves and collect all hidden treasures. Visually, it’s decent, but the pirate dialogues tend to repeat quickly. Unfortunately, there seems to be no hint function available, which is regrettable, but overall, it’s a solid puzzle game.

This is the kind of game I used to play with a little “board with tiles” in my hands when I was little. Reimagining it to do much more is what Tile Tales: Pirate is proposing to us. And it does so much more. In the classic puzzle, usually, you would have to move around the tiles to form a picture, but here all the tiles have some kind of pathways that you need to connect to your pirate can move from the starting point to the endpoint (X marks the spot, yarrrr).
As soon as the pirate has a clear path, he immediately begins to advance, so it’s important to be mindful when trying to solve the puzzle quickly. However, the game’s rules enable us to move pieces even when the pirate is on top of them, which can be crucial for earning the bonus third star with the least number of moves. It’s not an easy task to obtain all three stars; they are essential for unlocking more challenging levels.
Connecting our pirate character to the final destination is generally straightforward, but adding mini-puzzles, treasure hunting, and striving to complete these tasks with the least number of moves makes it quite a brain teaser indeed. Fans of puzzle games will find this challenging yet rewarding as it pushes their cognitive abilities to the limit. As for aesthetics, the animations are adorable, such as seeing the pirate’s reaction when you slide a tile or remove one he’s approaching that could cause him to fall off the edge. These details add charm and should not be overlooked. In summary, if your goal is just the basics (1 star), it’s easy; but for those who wish to unlock all mini-puzzles, goodies, and achieve 3 stars, prepare yourself for an engaging experience.

Great looking sliding puzzle whose twist is that each level is a micro-tale. The main goal is to help the pirate captain get to the big X on the map but the problem is that the captain keeps moving forward (if he can). So that’s an extra restriction to keep into account while you slide the tiles around to build the path. The fun thing is that you can move the tile even when the pirate is walking on it, and there are a few puzzles where you must exploit this to get the minimum moves bonus star.
A unique aspect of this formula is that each stage comes with additional rules – for instance, at an early phase, you must round up all the fishes dispersed and offer them to a seal to make the seal knock down the treasure chest essential for the treasure symbol. Solving the level and acquiring the treasure can usually be accomplished, but earning the minimum move bonus star is quite challenging and demands strategic forethought – this is where I believe the game could benefit from a precise square grid layout rather than the attractive yet potentially confusing orthogonal design.
In summary, I found the game enjoyable, but I don’t think I’ll ever manage to three-star all the levels due to their difficulty. However, it’s a great way to pass time and I intend to delve into it as much as possible before reaching the star limits. A small complaint: There seems to be no proper menu, making it hard for me to locate options or turn off the bothersome background music.

I really like the retro look of the game and enjoy the atmosphere, the music and the humour, it’s a puzzle game where you have to get to the end of the map, you do. this is by sliding tiles around with pathways and a pirate will walk the path, you have three available stars you can collect on each level. usually by getting to the exit, getting an item (treasure) etc and making sure you are below the allocated moves. I am not the best at puzzle games, my pirate got stuck at times lol. but I found this game fun to play, if you like these types of games play it, if you don’t then don’t. I would recommend it

This is a pleasant but challenging puzzle game where you have to slide tiles to move your character along the path to pick up objects and make it to your goal. Pick up all items and finish in the right number of moves to get three stars, but you’re challenged by, among other things, the inability to control the character’s movement directly. It moves automatically when it can, based on the tile in front of it. This game reminds me of similar games I played as a kid, small plastic things with sliding tiles to form pictures or patterns, so there’s an element of nostalgia for me too. Ultimately, I like the look and challenge of this game. Good puzzler to take your mind off life’s stress.

The Tales: Pirate is an ok sliding puzzle game, but I was hoping for more. You slide pieces around to advance your character to the finish line. There are treasures to pick up, and if you complete each puzzle in a certain amount of moves, you gain a star. There are three stars per level and you need stars to open up additional levels. The graphics are solid and the controls are simple enough. The biggest gripe is that your character moves automatically when he can, so if the piece he is going to has multiple paths, he chooses where to go…this is an issue since you want to minimize the number of moves…and there is NO undo button. You can replay the level from the beginning but that’s a bummer. I do enjoy the game and the polish that it has, but I need to practice more to three star every level!

Tile Tales: Pirate is a classic sliding puzzle that challenges players to move tiles to form a path for the pirate to a specific exit point on the board. The main goal is to lead the pirate to the exit point. While it sounds simple, the game can become quite challenging because players also need to move the tiles based on the direction that the pirate is going. It can be frustrating trying to solve it in the fewest moves possible and collecting items and chests.
As a gamer, I’ve found this pirate-themed sliding puzzle game truly sets sail among its peers. It’s jam-packed with diverse levels that gradually ramp up in intricacy, offering a well-balanced blend of challenges suitable for both newbies and seasoned players. What sets it apart is the requirement to gather a certain number of stars before advancing to the next level; it’s not just about reaching the end, but mastering each stage along the way.
The visuals are sleek and captivating, while the user interface is intuitive, allowing me to swiftly navigate through the puzzles without a hitch. All in all, this game’s design and puzzle mechanics make it an ideal pick for any puzzle aficionado looking for an engaging challenge.
