In Thane on Sunday, authorities with Mumbai Police arrested 30-year-old Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad, a Bangladeshi resident. The accused was brought before a metropolitan magistrate’s court later in the same day.

The driver revealed that Taimur appeared remarkably composed when queried about his response. He was actively involved in a chat, displaying no signs of fear whatsoever.

Previously, when speaking to the Mumbai Police, Kareena Kapoor, wife of Saif Ali Khan, characterized the assailant as extremely aggressive and disclosed that he repeatedly stabbed Saif without making any attempt to take anything.

She added that Saif intervened to shield the women and managed to keep the attacker away from their child, Jeh.
