Yet another disappointing cancellation; this round comes from the streaming platform , who’ve stunned fans with their decision to discontinue an exceptional superhero series that boasts a flawless 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The series, titled Extraordinary, initially premiered in 2023 and invites viewers into a universe where individuals acquire superpowers upon turning 18. However, there’s one exception – Jen, who, six years beyond her 18th birthday, is still anticipating the manifestation of her powers.

The first two seasons of “Extraordinary” were warmly accepted by viewers, but unfortunately, there won’t be a third installment. Alongside this cancellation, another blow was dealt to the historical drama “Shardlake,” which also met its end after only one season.
