I’m far from perfect, as my wife can confirm.’

In a more heartfelt manner, Baldoni continues to express both regret and admiration towards Lively, saying, “I might irritate you, possibly, but I promise to apologize and correct my course. I’m truly sorry for making you feel that way. I assure you, I will strive to improve.” He also seems to allude to Lively’s close friendship with Taylor Swift when he writes this, as Lively once referred to them as her ‘dragons’ in a text to Baldoni. This suggests that Lively views her husband and her best friend, Swift, as her ‘dragons’. Baldoni appears to be acknowledging this in his message.

The defendants known as Wayfarer are being supported financially by a wealthy individual who has vowed to spend $100 million with the intention of damaging the reputation and lives of Ms. Lively and her family prior to the trial. Mr. Freedman is employing this financial resource, his clientele, both current and former, and an overt media and social media strategy to tarnish the character of Ms. Lively before the court proceedings.
