Dwayne Johnson’s Epic New Series ‘RoboForce’ Will Blow Your Mind!

The upcoming animated series will carry forward the story initiated by the vintage toys from the 1980s, which were modeled after robot action figures. Set in the year 2089 Detroit, Soraya Aviram’s RoboForce first appeared with the intention of aiding an innovative interstellar community on Earth.

Unfortunately, on the very same day as her announcement, Soraya’s competitor, Silas Duke, unveiled his innovative Utopia Aegis 101 series of robots. This development rendered RoboForce instantly outdated and obsolete. For the subsequent 15 years, they were compelled to take on lowly jobs, with no prospect of regaining their heroic status… That is, until all of a sudden, the Utopia Aegis 101 models turned against humanity, and only RoboForce stood a chance at halting them.

Gavin Hignight collaborated on writing the series, which is promising since he has experience in similar genres and intellectual properties from his work on “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012,” “Star Wars: Resistance,” and “Transformers: Cyberverse.” The primary animation studio for this series is Cartoon Conrad, so its visuals may share some resemblance to their other productions like Cartoon Network’s “Teen Titans Go” or Netflix’s “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie.

As a die-hard animation enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that the upcoming series, “RoboForce: The Animated Series,” has an impressive lineup of voice actors. Among them are Katherine Norris, Rory McCormick, Chris Couluzzi, Daniel Nwobi, Dave Beynon, Julee Song, Heather Jansma, Jack Hisholm, Colleen MacIsaac, Callum Hollett, Jaime Eliezer Karas, Adam Jones Segaller, and none other than the talented Gavin Hignight himself!

“Funny, Perservering Robots”

Seven Bucks’ Production President Hiram Garcia expressed his anticipation for the series airing on Tubi in April. He mentioned that this collaboration with The Nacelle Company will bring a refreshing take on an old favorite, RoboForce, featuring a band of resilient robots given another shot at greatness and saving the world. As a child, he was a fan himself, eager to engage both new and longtime fans while boosting the success of their animation department.”

Brian Volk-Weiss, CEO of The Nacelle Company, similarly expressed his excitement in the press release.

Three years ago when we began working on RoboForce, I never imagined we’d collaborate with top-tier companies such as Tubi or partner with individuals like Dwayne Johnson. However, our team has put in a great deal of effort to create a show that resonates deeply with the audience. In the words of MAXX 89, ‘Onward we go!’

RoboForce: The Animated Series is created for Tubi by The Nacelle Company in collaboration with Seven Bucks Productions. This series is helmed by director Brian Volk-Weiss, who also acts as an executive producer alongside Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, Hiram Garcia, and Brian Gewirtz from Seven Bucks Productions, along with Cisco Henson, Matt Kravitsky, and Michael Goodman from Nacelle. The writing team includes Tom Stern (Freaked) and the series’ co-creator Hignight. The music in the series is composed by Matt Margeson (Kingsman: The Secret Service, Rocketman) and Andrew Brick Johnson (Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures).
