Entitled “Homecoming,” AMBUSH‘s FW25 assortment is returning to fundamental designs. Originating from Tokyo, this brand emerged from a swift fashion sensibility and impromptu partnerships, mirroring the continuous activity on Shibuya’s bustling streets.
In this new line, AMBUSH revisits their iconic items such as tracksuits and revamped jerseys, but gives them a more delicate feminine feel while maintaining the tough, edgy vibe that characterizes their design style. For instance, sand-colored coord sets get an elegant update with lace cutouts on the legs and are paired with a cozy teddy bear shearling jacket. To add balance, a heart-shaped bag is equipped with a metallic chain and partnered with robust metal hardware jewelry.
In line with AMBUSH’s distinctive blend of casual yet sporty aesthetics, cotton hoodies coated with a subtle sheen complement the embellished denim outerwear, and in another ensemble, a well-worn sweatsuit peeks out from under a black trench coat trimmed with fur. Meanwhile, cropped knits highlight low-rise branded sweatpants, and layering becomes the focus, reflecting both the vibrant street fashion of Tokyo and the fun aspect of dressing up.
Texture plays a significant role in numerous outfits, as soft materials like shearling, fuzzy socks, fur coats, camouflage fleeces, and fur boots often balance out tougher leather-adorned ensembles. The topsiders with fur trimmings aren’t far from the brand’s upcoming partnership with UGG.
The FW25 “Homecoming” assortment isn’t on sale just yet, but it will hit the shelves later in the year. Keep an eye out for further details about the items right here. Meanwhile, don’t forget to explore AMBUSH’s newest fluffy collaboration with UGG, which becomes available starting February 21.
