After Sterling K. Brown’s Paradise And Justin Hartley’s Tracker Both Got Renewed, I Was Stoked To See The This Is Us Cast Reach Out

We’re barely two months into the year, yet the 2025 TV lineup is already bursting with fantastic series. Networks have been quick to recognize this and have started renewing shows. For instance, CBS renewed nine shows on Thursday, among them Justin Hartley’s popular drama Tracker. Similarly, Hulu has greenlit a second season for Sterling K. Brown’s Paradise. With the cast of This Is Us staying put on their shows, it’s heartwarming to see their camaraderie from NBC days continuing, and I can’t help but feel excited about it!

The Members Of This Is Us’ Big Three Respond To Paradise’s Renewal

The series titled Paradise, created by Dan Fogelman (from This Is Us), was made available earlier on streaming platforms on January 26, a full two days before the initial premiere of the first three episodes. Since then, it has gained significant popularity, causing Hulu to renew it for more episodes, despite only having six episodes in its current season.

numerous enthusiasts expressed their joy about the news in the comments section, along with a few members of the “Paradise” cast, such as James Marsden.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that Brown’s co-star from “This Is Us,” Chrissy Metz, couldn’t resist expressing some heartwarming sisterly affection towards her on-screen brother. She was just as thrilled as anyone else to learn that another season of “Paradise” is in the works, expressing her enthusiasm:

Furthermore, Hartley expressed his appreciation for Brown’s post regarding the show, underscoring their lasting bond as The Big Three.

Despite wrapping up their NBC drama as recently as 2022, this group of actors continues to maintain a close-knit bond, much like a family. It’s heartening to witness such camaraderie, especially since we understand the cast from “This Is Us” still keep in touch via text messages.

Furthermore, given that Brown continues to collaborate with Fogelman on “Paradise”, it seems possible that a reunion of the “This Is Us” cast might occur within that show or even Hartley’s series titled “Tracker”.

On Thursday, the family from ‘This Is Us’ had an exciting day regarding renewals, as ‘Tracker’, a series executive produced by Ken Olin – a producer and director for ‘This Is Us’ – was also granted a third season on CBS.

The Pearson family swiftly displayed affection towards Hartley, as Mandy Moore, who plays his on-screen mom, liked the post. Furthermore, Brown expressed warmth in the comments, expressing a wish that Tracker remains part of the scene for many more years.
