Apart from being one of the most renowned and hardworking actors of today, Ananya Panday always finds time to express affection towards her closest friends like Suhana Khan, Navya Naveli Nanda, and Shanaya Kapoor. Not long ago, she shared that these friends play a crucial role in supporting her during hectic work schedules.
During a recent chat with Vogue India, Navya Naveli Nanda (friend of Ananya Panday and granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan) asked about how Ananya manages herself amidst busy schedules. In a heartwarming response, the actress shared that spending time with her friends is her way of taking care of herself.
She responded, “Chatting with you is certainly a part of it, but nothing beats catching up with friends over a meal or a shared joke, instant mood booster for me. I’m in two chat groups: one, ‘Ananya’s Fans’, consisting of Suhana, Shanaya, and myself, and the other, ‘Oz’, which is made up of my 14-year-old school friends, named after the film we first watched together.
Actress from “Chand Mera Dil” added that she connects with fellow industry friends, yet her social group remains unrelated to films which help maintain her humility. She admitted that she now yearns for solitude even more since moving out on her own.
Initially, Ananya disliked the situation, but she consistently kept her parents close by. In conclusion, Panday mentioned that Ananya now finds joy in basic joys such as reading, watching a film, or spending time with her furry companion, Riot.
In terms of her career, Ananya Panday is looking forward to several upcoming ventures such as “Chand Mera Dil”, “Call Me Bae 2”, and “Kesari 2”. These projects are currently under development.
In the upcoming movie Kesari 2, she will appear alongside Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan. This period drama is centered around the life of renowned barrister C.Sankaran Nair, inspired by actual events and adapted from the book “The Case That Shook The Empire,” written by Raghu Palat and Pushpa Palat.
Karan Singh Tyagi is set to unveil his new movie in cinemas on March 14, 2025, towards the end of this year.
