- Ragnarok V: Returns, bringing the next stage of the franchise to mobile
- Find it soon on iOS and Android with an expected March 19th release date
- Choose from 6 classes, command a variety of allies and play with others
Although various mobile spin-offs of the popular MMORPG series Ragnarok Online have been released, what we haven’t witnessed yet is a true mobile adaptation. While there were whispers about Ragnarok Mobile in the past, the most promising continuation might be at hand with Ragnarok V: Returns.
The game Ragnarok V: Returns has been intermittently available for a soft launch in certain areas, but recently, app store listings for both iOS and Android have surfaced, suggesting a potential widespread release. If this is true, it would be one of the most faithful adaptations of the original MMORPG within the series, or perhaps not an exact copy.
In Ragnarok V: Returns, you can expect to encounter many familiar gameplay elements seen in the original Ragnarok Online. However, instead of navigating a 2D environment, you’ll now roam through a three-dimensional world. To tailor your character, you have six classes to choose from such as Swordman, Mage, or Thief. Additionally, you’ll gain the ability to control a range of mercenaries and pets, enhancing your forces in this exciting adventure.
To Ragnarok
It appears that Ragnarok V: Returns is set to launch on March 19th, a date that’s quickly approaching. Judging by the feedback, it seems many players who have tried Ragnarok Mobile are eagerly awaiting its return!
In the interim, feel free to pass the time by exploring other mobile versions of the series that have been developed. However, please note that Poring Rush might seem less intense compared to what avid MMORPG players typically encounter.
