Today ends with a Y, and it’s another day for Kemco, a renowned RPG publisher, to release their newest game, Astral Takers, for pre-registration on Google Play! This upcoming adventure in the JRPG genre promises all the familiar elements, wrapped up in an intriguing and creative storyline.
In this game, Astral Takers presents you with the character of Revyse, a young summoner under the tutelage of Volgrim. However, your lessons are abruptly halted when Aurora, a mysterious girl suffering from amnesia, enters the scene. To shield her from the Empire that views her as a witch, you’ll need to harness your abilities to summon heroes from other realms to battle by your side!
Similar to Kemco’s other games, Astral Takers embodies the essence of a traditional Japanese Role-Playing Game (JRPG), encompassing both its strengths and weaknesses. On one side, it offers a wealth of storyline and intense battles that elevate your characters to astoundingly high levels of power as you progress. However, this abundance of plot can sometimes become overwhelming, and if you’re not fond of an anime-inspired art style, then this game might not be suitable for you.
