Once you begin playing Tribe Nine, it becomes challenging to pause. Its compelling storyline and intuitive way of onboarding players into the game mechanics, coupled with an exceptional playstyle, make it irresistible to gacha game aficionados. Moreover, a feature essential for all gacha fans is the ability to rank their favorite characters, providing clarity on what to focus on achieving.
Based on the rankings provided by Tribe Nine, you’ll have a better understanding of which characters to target (if you’re considering rerolling). Furthermore, the guide should also help you understand the process of rerolling itself. To put it simply, I’ve enjoyed the anime, read the online comic, and played the game, so I can confidently say that it offers a distinct experience from all angles.
I believe you’ll find my Tribe Nine tier list useful as I made an effort to evaluate and rank each character according to their performance within the game. Keep in mind that every tier list varies, so this is simply my perspective on the matter.
The best character in Tribe Nine…
… is up for discussion.
Tribe Nine is a role-playing game focused on action, making your gaming experience highly subjective. While it’s possible to say that certain characters might have slight advantages, ultimately, the game’s outcome depends significantly on your mastery and skill level with each character you choose to play.
I firmly think that you’ll excel more when you play a particular character, even though it might not be top-tier. Still, I have ranked them all and provided a reroll guide as well, so if you’re interested, you can find the details on these dedicated pages!
If you’re aiming for optimal results, I highly recommend checking out the reroll guide I’ve put together (and using the current Tribe Nine promo codes) as it allowed me to begin with a few three-star characters.
1 S+ tier
- Tsuruko Semba
- Kazuki Aoyama (releasing in Version 1.0.10)
As a devoted admirer, I must confess that mastering Tsuruko Semba isn’t a walk in the park, but oh boy, is it worth the effort! She’s a range specialist, packing quite the punch when it comes to dealing damage. Moreover, she boasts a commendable support ability, making her a valuable asset on the battlefield.
When faced with a horde of adversaries, Tsuruko’s Area of Effect (AoE) damage capabilities truly shine, making her an ideal choice in such situations. It’s no wonder she shares the throne on the Tribe Nine tier list with the formidable Kazuki.
2 S tier
- Q
- Miu Jujo
- Enoki Yukigaya
- Jio Takinogawa
- Minami Oi
- Eiji Todoroki
- Yo Kuronaka
As a gamer, I’ve got to admit that Q is hands down one of my top picks in Tribe Nine. With an impressive skillset, he’s a character I just can’t get enough of. What really sets him apart is his Break Ability – it’s off the charts! He’s got this knack for taunting enemies that keeps them at bay, and with his Berserk status, he’s more than capable of taking a beating. Playing as Q in melee combat is an absolute blast!
Enoji Yukigaya is renowned for her substantial hunger outside of conflicts, yet in battles, she exhibits an equally impressive craving… for inflicting damage. She boasts incredibly high Attack power and though she can be challenging to control, once you get the hang of her, she becomes a delightful tool to fling adversaries hither and thither.
Miu Jujo functions as a character specializing in ranged attacks. By utilizing her Luminous Crystal, she can target enemies. However, due to the importance of positioning in her gameplay, she may not be straightforward for beginners. Despite this challenge, she is effective and engaging, so you might find yourself becoming quite addicted to playing with her.
3 A tier
- Roku Saigo
- Koishi Kohinata
- Yutaka Gotanda
- Santaro Mita
Yutaka Gotanda functions as a long-range Damage Per Second (DPS) character, specializing in Area of Effect (AoE) damage. While his individual attack power isn’t exceptionally strong, he offers an approachable gameplay experience and boasts average Break and Support capabilities.
Koishi Kohinata is one of the initial characters you’ll gain access to from the story mode. He possesses the ability to heal your teammates and attack enemies, which makes him quite useful. While his attacks may not be particularly powerful, his healing capabilities are satisfactory.
4 B tier
- Hyakuichitaro Senju
- Tsuki Iroha
Characters in the lower echelons of Tribe Nine’s rankings aren’t particularly strong. You’ll receive Tsuki Iroha from the story mode, and she offers a blend of support, break, and attack abilities. However, her performance isn’t impressive, and the same can be said for Senju. I would advise not investing time in these two characters at all.
5 Tribe Nine reroll guide (easy mode)
I’m quite convinced that every gacha game should make the reroll process as straightforward as possible. For instance, in Tribe Nine, you can easily initiate the reroll by completing the tutorial just once, then performing your summons. Afterward, you can effortlessly erase your data to restart from scratch, without having to go through the tutorial again.
As a gamer, I find this method quite intriguing! If you’re aiming for top-tier characters, it might be worth giving this reroll thing a shot. Here’s how you do it in Tribe Nine:
1. First, you need to exit the game completely.
2. Then, restart the game from the beginning.
3. As you start a new game, you’ll find yourself with fresh characters.
4. You can repeat this process until you get the characters that best suit your playstyle or the ones you believe are the strongest.
Part 1
- DO NOT LINK YOUR ACCOUNT YET.
- Play once through the tutorial until you unlock the gacha (Synchro).
- Open your mail, and claim all the rewards. Claim the event rewards too, and any codes are available.
- Go summon in the Character Synchro as many times as you can. I recommend the time-limited one if you want to get one of the latest characters.
- If you got the character you wanted, congrats! Otherwise, it’s time to move on to the reoll process.
Part 2
- If you didn’t get the character you wanted, go to the Menu > Return to Title.
- There, you can open the Menu again and select Delete Player Data.
- Once you’ve done that, start the game and just hit Skip Tutorial.
In the lobby of the game, you’ll find yourself with the opportunity to summon again. Simply head over to your in-game mailbox, collect your rewards, and begin summoning anew. If you’re not satisfied with the results, feel free to try again.
Hey there, fellow gamer! If you ever find yourself running out of steam with this game, don’t worry – we’ve got plenty more where that came from! I’ve been busy compiling a Valhalla Survival tier list, comparing characters and skills. But if that doesn’t strike your fancy, give Grimguard Tactics tier list a shot or check out some other alternatives we’ve got lined up.
