Previously, it became known that Shah Rukh Khan’s renowned residence, Mannat, was going to be refurbished, causing the family to vacate temporarily. The renowned actor, together with his spouse and children, have relocated to the Pali Hill region of the city. Now, a peek at their opulent new abode has emerged.
On April 15th, 2025, paparazzi released a video showcasing Shah Rukh Khan’s family’s recently acquired residence within Puja Casa – a towering structure. The video captured the building’s grand entrance filled with vehicles, offering a glimpse of its bustling activity.

Previously, it was announced by Hindustan Times that the renovation of Shah Rukh Khan‘s home, Mannat, is estimated to last approximately two years. Consequently, SRK and his family will temporarily move to a different residence for this period. It is said that in Pali Hill, SRK has leased two high-end duplex apartments from the Bhagnani family, who are producers.
Back in 2024, as a die-hard fan of Shah Rukh Khan, I was thrilled to learn from Times Now that his beloved wife, Gauri Khan, had taken a step towards expanding their home, Mannat. It turned out that she’d submitted an application to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) for the approval to construct two additional floors on their existing building!
Simultaneously, Shah Rukh Khan is preparing for his upcoming movie titled King, a project he’s eagerly looking forward to. This film marks his debut collaboration with daughter Suhana Khan. Abhishek Bachchan will take on the villainous role, and Abhay Verma is also expected to appear in a substantial part. The action-packed thriller is being directed by Siddharth Anand.
According to a special announcement from TopMob, the highly anticipated film “King” is set to start production in May 2025. A person familiar with the project details stated, “The production will kick off at a Mumbai studio first, then move on to locations in the UAE and Europe. The crew can’t wait to embark on this epic project, which promises to be an unprecedented action thriller featuring Shah Rukh Khan in complex shades.
Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, is gearing up for a career in the movie world too. His first directorial venture will be the Netflix show titled “The Rebels of Bollywood”.
