SYFY is openly sharing its blueprint for the year 2025, and at the same time, peeking ahead to tantalize sci-fi enthusiasts with what’s coming up on the network in 2026. We have fresh series, fan favorites making a comeback, and much more!
Here’s everything to know.
This summer on SYFY, the headline-grabber is the June debut of the chilling supernatural series “Revival”, inspired by the highly-praised Image Comics series. The plot unfolds in a Wisconsin town where deceased individuals mysteriously resurface as “revived” beings, appearing to be alive but with an eerie sense of unease surrounding them. This bizarre phenomenon leaves both the town and the world in a state of turmoil and disarray.

Check out the debut trailer for SYFY’s intriguing murder mystery series, Revival.
Also, SYFY confirms that “The Ark” will return for a third season (details inside).
The series Revival centers on Dana Cypress, a local police officer and single mother played by Melanie Scorfano (from Wynonna Earp), whose life takes an unexpected turn when she becomes entangled in a murder case that uncomfortably intersects with her personal life. Joining Scrofano in the cast are Romy Weltman (known for Backstage), David James Elliott (recognized from JAG), and Andy McQueen (noted for Mrs. Davis).
As a gamer, I’d say: I’m excited to share that the epic series I’m part of is brought to you by Blue Ice Pictures and Hemmings Films. The masterminds behind Revival’s revitalization are Aaron B. Koontz and Luke Boyce, with Lance Samuels, Daniel Iron, Samantha Levine, Neil Tabatznik, Daniel March, Melanie Scrofano, Greg Hemmings, Stephen Foster, and director Amanda Row all lending their expertise as executive producers. Tune in on Thursday, June 12 at 10 p.m., Eastern or Pacific time, to catch the premiere of Revival!

Not only is there a fresh original series arriving on SYFY this summer, but the beloved sci-fi comedy “Resident Alien” is also making a comeback in the fall on another network – USA Network. This time, the fourth season of “Resident Alen” will air simultaneously on both USA Network and SYFY.
As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but share my excitement about this captivating series! In it, I find myself immersed in the role of an extraterrestrial character, brilliantly played by Alan Tudyk (from Firefly), who lands on Earth and surprisingly develops a soft spot for humans – the very species he was initially intended to destroy. Don’t miss out on the first three seasons that are now available for streaming on Peacock!
The fresh season of “Resident Alien” will debut this coming Friday, June 6, at 11 p.m., simultaneously on USA Network and SYFY.

In the year to come, SYFY is set to bring back the third season of the space-themed action series “The Ark.” Starring Christie Burke as Lt. Sharon Garnet, this series follows her and a motley crew of survivors on their journey through space in search of a new planet to inhabit. The new season is expected to air sometime in 2026.
Catch up on the first two seasons of The Ark streaming now on Peacock.
On SYFY right now, the third season of the original series “SurrealEstate” is unfolding fresh ghost tales every Thursday evening at 10 p.m. ET. Starring Tim Rozon and Sarah Levy, these real estate agents have a knack for handling properties with issues that extend far beyond what a typical contractor can address (think more about exorcisms than kitchen renovations). The third season is currently airing new episodes on SYFY.
